RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you have the option of returning the product within thirty days of receipt. The product shall remain unused and untampered with and the product shall be returned in the original packaging. This policy is applicable only when the product involved is not included in the list of non-refundable products provided on the Site.

All products must be received by SG Fashion Hut in order for the customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. The customer must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. In the case where the product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the sole right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping service to you for your best online experience. Please use the return shipping label in the parcel delivered to you. If you are unable to find the label, kindly contact us.

We do not honor walk-in returns. You are advised to use the nearest post office in returning a product.

The returned product along with the return label is usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five (5) days after the drop-off at the post office. We will refund you through store credit which you may use for your next order. In case you chose to be refunded in another manner, please let us know.

Faulty Products

All product information, description, and materials posted on this Site are provided on ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis with no warranties either implied, express or otherwise.
The image of the product seen on the Site may slightly vary from the real product which you receive.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer service and provide your order number, your name and address. You will also provide the details of the product and the cause of return. You will also indicate whether you want a replacement or refund.
When we receive the product, we will thoroughly examine it and give you a report about replacement or refund (as applicable) via email promptly.
We, at our own discretion, may refuse to process an exchange/replacement order while we may choose refund as a polite substitute.
In the circumstance where the product returned is certified not to be faulty, we may decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may request that you pay all accrued charges including servicing and carriage costs with these costs charged to your original payment method. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any liabilities, losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
